By using Skin Agent, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the application. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
Skin Agent is an AI-powered skincare companion application that provides product analysis, personalized routines, skin assessments, and conversational skincare advice. The service is provided as-is and is not a substitute for professional dermatological advice.
Skin Agent is an AI skincare assistant, not a medical device. Our analyses, recommendations, and face scan assessments are for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice. Always consult a qualified dermatologist for medical skin conditions.
You may sign in using Google or Apple authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to reverse-engineer the AI models, or use the app for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
All content, AI models, and technology within Skin Agent are owned by The Skin Agent team. You retain ownership of your personal data and content you provide to the service.
Some features of Skin Agent require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are offered as auto-renewing plans (currently Annual, Monthly and Weekly) purchased through the Apple App Store on iOS or Google Play on Android. The subscription title, length and price, including the price per unit of time, are shown in the app before you buy.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the price shown at purchase, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
Free trials: some plans may include a free trial. The trial length and the price you will be charged when it ends are shown before you subscribe. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you are charged. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Managing and cancelling: you manage or cancel your subscription in your device account settings.
Refunds: purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and refunds are handled by them under their own policies. We cannot issue refunds for purchases made through the App Store or Google Play; request one through Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play.
Price changes: if the price of a subscription changes, you will be notified in advance through the store, and the new price applies only after you have agreed to it or as the store's rules provide.
Restoring purchases: if you reinstall the app or change devices, use "Restore purchases" in the app to regain access to an active subscription on the same store account.
Skin Agent is provided as-is without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to skin reactions from following AI recommendations. Always patch-test products before full use.
